Wet face, apply a small amount, lather gently in circular motions for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use twice daily, morning and evening.

Great but use SPF!
Amazing results, but please remember to use sunscreen after applying this. I noticed tingling the first few days which is normal. Results are incredible after 4 weeks.
